This comprehensive approach covers training, architecture & design, building the client’s first interface, product installation followed mentorship, and supported by daily and weekly status meetings. The entire process can be completed in as little as 10-12 weeks and ensures that a client will be successful.

Yes, we do. Some customers outsource everything to us so that we configure their interfaces for them. Others use our products to configure their own interfaces using our training and some technical support.
PilotFish provides an array of resources to support technical users of their integration tools. These include documentation, video tutorials, and access to a dedicated support team via one of our support packages.
