PilotFish technical support is available on a per-incident basis weekdays between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. Eastern Time.* The cost for a Telephone Support call is $62.50 for each 30 minute increment or part thereof.
*Telephone Support is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, except for occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays, and events beyond our control.
PilotFish provides expert on-site technical support to get you up and running faster. The cost of on-site technical support is $150.00 per hour plus reasonable travel and lodging expenses. Travel time is billed at $62.50 per hour not to exceed $500 in one day. The minimum on-site engagement is one 8 hour business day. Request on-site services: Services@PilotFishTechnology.com

The first 30 minute phone call is free. You will be required to provide billing information when you call but you will not be charged for help on first-time installation issues.
