Once extracted, the data is transformed into the desired format using the graphical File Specification Editor and/or the drag & drop Data Mapper. Finally, in a format that can be consumed by the endpoint system, the appropriate Transport component is used the load the data.

EII with the EIC

In order to achieve a uniform representation of enterprise information, organizations must adopt a canonical model. This abstract information model may be based on an industry-specific data standard, a data warehouse, or the data structures of a critical system.
