Get Full Support for the WebSphere MQ Series with the XCS eiConsole

The XCS eiConsole supports WebSphere MQ Series with its WebSphere MQ Series Adapter (Listener). As with all the components of the eiConsole the user is presented with a graphical interface with easy to configure screens. There are 2 tabs for the WebSphere MQ Series Listener: Basic and Advanced.

1. Basic – On this tab, you will need to input the Queue Manager (as specified by your WebSphere MQ installation), Queue Name, Host, Channel, Port number and whether or not an attribute should be created that correlates with the ID.

2. Advanced – This tab lets you choose whether to initialize this Listener only when it is externally triggered.
